Located between the sacristy door and the abbey church wall the Armarium claustri was a kind of library where books for worship or meditation were kept for the monks who wandered through the cloister.

On the ground floor of the monastic building, sheltered by the former eastern bay of the cloister, are the rooms necessary for the administration of the convent: chapter house, parlour, penance room. On the ground is marked the stranbleholdof the cloister, which has now disappeared.On the edge of the cloister garden, an Indian bean tree noted as a part remarkable garden as much for its ornamental trees as for its fruit trees.
